These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Legend Steps website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Legend Steps provides Digital Services in the form of virtual fitness challenges. These services allow users to track their physical activity (walking, running) via our mobile application or website.

Note on Physical Rewards: While some challenges may be associated with physical items (such as commemorative medals), these are considered optional rewards or promotional items and are not the primary product sold. The core service is the digital access to the challenge and tracking platform.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in EUR. VAT (Value Added Tax) is calculated and added at checkout where applicable, based on your country of residence and local regulations (processed via Stripe).
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.
• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. The contract is formed when we send this confirmation.
• Pre-orders: For pre-ordered items (e.g., upcoming challenges), payment is collected at the time of order to reserve your spot.

Digital Delivery: Access to the virtual challenges and digital content is provided immediately or on the specified start date of the challenge. You will receive access instructions via email.

Physical Rewards (If applicable): If a challenge includes a physical reward (e.g., a medal upon completion), shipping details and estimated delivery times will be communicated separately. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

IMPORTANT: According to Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (and OUG 34/2014 in Romania), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a digital challenge and starting the service (e.g., accessing the app or content), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period).

If you have not accessed the digital content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@legendsteps.com.

Health Disclaimer: Legend Steps encourages physical activity, but we are not a medical organization. You should consult your physician before beginning any new fitness program. You agree that your participation in our challenges is at your own risk. Legend Steps shall not be liable for any physical injury or health problems that may result from your use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSO CODESOFT SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
